Claude Cayla is a recognized expert in the real estate sector. He was founder and
director of Union Foncière Européenne from 1985 to 1998, focusing
mainly on the Paris residential market.
From 1998 to 2001, he was Chairman of Foncière Bellecour,
specializing mainly in tertiary assets.
In 2002, he founded Catella Residential a company he was the CEO of until 2023.
Under his leadership
, the company specialized in portfolio sales,
organization and lot-by-lot sales, in both new and existing properties. Claude Cayla has
also developed expertise in property stripping, reinforcing
his role as a key player in the real estate market.

Emmanuel Schreder
Emmanuel Schreder has held key positions in the
capital market and real estate finance sectors. From 1993 till 2000, he was Head of Capital
Market at Auguste Thouard, which since became BNP Real Estate.
He then co-founded Catella France, where he served as CEO from 2001 to
2023, specializing in structured transactions, sales and leaseback operations
and portfolio disposals.
From 2010 to 2021, he also headed Catella Corporate Finance for Continental Europe
, consolidating his expertise and influence in the field of
real estate finance.
His career has been marked by a commitment to innovation and the development
of financial solutions tailored to market needs.



Valerie Guez
Valérie Guez holds a Master's degree in Management Sciences and a
Master's degree in Real Estate Management, both from Paris Dauphine University. She began
her career as an analyst at Crédit Agricole Immobilier, where she
worked in the investment division. She subsequently became a partner andin charge of the retail sector at Catella. She is currently
partner at Hestia.

Robin Schreder
Before joining HESTIA IM in 2024, Robin successively held the positions
of Analyst, Transaction Manager and Investment Manager at
Praemia REIM.
With an experience of over 12 years in commercial real estate, he has
been involved in more than 50 investment transactions and
arbitrage operations across several asset classes and covering various
investment strategies (Core/Core+/Value-Add) on behalf of private investors and
institutional investors.


Christopher Sallard
With an MBA from ESSEC Business School, Christopher Sallard has acquired
solid expertise in investment and financial modeling.
He began his career at Areas, a former subsidiary of the Elior group, where he was in charge of
investment monitoring and financial modeling, before joining Catellaas a senior investment analyst.
He is currently Investment and Financing Manager at Hestia
IM, where he is responsible for structuring operations and steering the
financial performance of assets under management.

Elena L. Schreder
With 3 years experience in the residential real estate sector, Elena L.
Schreder advices and supports our customers with their
transactions. She defines appropriate strategies for each property, and brings added value to
assets. She brings her expertise in interior design to optimize each property.


Marie Capron
Marie Capron is a lawyer specializing in international private law, trained at the Sorbonne Paris
1.
She began her career with a law firm in Paris, before joining a
biotechnology investment fund in San Francisco.
At the same time, she trained in journalism at CELSA and in television production
at San Francisco State University, becoming a director and producer for 15 yearsin Paris and Hollywood. She then held executive assistant positions at
Sandro and Catella.
Today, she is responsible for the administrative and operational management of the
companies in the Hestia IM group and asset management.

Julien SONIGO
Julien Sonigo is a professional specializing in real estate law, and
holds a Master II in Real Estate Law from the University of Montpellier.
Julien is currently asset manager at Hestia Im, where he oversees
the management and valuation of real estate portfolios. Previously, he worked as an analyst
and lawyer at Catella Residential Partners in Paris.
